      No you do not need to get a separate luxury certification for each state. Membership is open to licensed real estate professionals, members of the National Association of REALTORS®, members of National Association of Home Builders®, or International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA) affiliated professionals worldwide who successfully complete The Institute’s luxury home sales and marketing training course.
