One of the best ways to build your database and find new warm leads is to leverage the power of relationships.

Who do you know who has your ideal client in their marketing database?

By creating their own/your own networking group, you have total control over who you invite to participate, which of course means you can be the only agent in the group.

Think about who you currently do business with, your CPA, your lender, your insurance agent?

You can also look at your past client and sphere database – who on this list might love to join your group?

You are looking for positive, proactive people who will show up for the Zoom meeting and share marketing ideas, connections, and, of course, referrals.

This group can provide quality partners and sponsors for you in person or for virtual community connection events, educational events, and even marketing campaigns.

Set the standard for participation, show up and lead the group with a solid agenda, and look for ways to help each other meet new people by sharing contacts and connections.

It’s the easiest way to meet strangers that are warmer because your network partner told them how awesome you are. Best of all, it only takes 30-45 minutes a week and it doesn’t cost a penny!
