  3. Must keep your eye on the target! This is a normal business cycle. Nothing like what we saw in the 1980’s. Luckily Business is moving to Austin, which is similar to New York Coty in the teens of the last century, when all the buildings were sprouting up. Austin is now the High Tech Metropolis of the Southwest!
