In more über-sales news, Sharon Simms tells me that the penthouse at The Setai in South Beach has gone under contract for $24 million. The buyer is unnamed. Assuming it closes, this will be a new record for a Miami condo.
The previous record was the 40th floor penthouse in Bristol Tower, owned by music producer Pharrell Williams.
